Pastor James Fadel
Pastor Fadel, an author, is the Assistant General Overseer and Continental Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) the Americas with headquarters in Floyd, Texas. RCCG The Americas has over 800 churches located in North America, Central America, and South America. It is a part of RCCG Worldwide, with headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria in West Africa. The General Overseers for RCCG Worldwide are Pastors Enoch and Foluke Adeboye. He trained as a mechanical engineer, and later obtained a master’s degree in Operations Research from Wayne State University in 1990. In 1993, he earned an MBA from the Lawrence Technological University, also in Michigan. His most recent academic degree is a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership, earned from Bakke Graduate University, Seattle, WA in 2012. He was mentored by the General Overseer of RCCG Worldwide, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, who later commissioned Fadel for the current work. However, it started from Fadel pioneering a house fellowship in his basement in 1991, which later became the first RCCG parish in North America. Historically, the annual Convention held in North America at the Redemption camp grounds of over 700 acres in Dallas (Floyd), TX, has been attended by thousands from all over the globe. By the grace of God, he is happily married to Pastor Manita, a medical doctor specializing in pediatric medicine. She currently oversees the Children and Youth Ministries for RCCG The Americas.

Pastor James Fadel
Pastor Manita Fadel is the First Lady of RCCG The Americas I. She is a co-laborer in ministry with her husband, Pastor James Fadel, who is the Assistant General Overseer and Continental Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) The Americas I with headquarters in Floyd (Dallas), Texas. RCCG The Americas I is comprised of 3 subcontinents namely, the United States, Central America, and the Caribbean. RCCG Americas 1 is part of the RCCG Worldwide body, with headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria in West Africa. The General Overseers for the RCCG Worldwide are Pastors Enoch and Foluke Adeboye. Pastor Manita is a Medical Doctor by profession, with 10 years of experience in Pediatric practice, before she was called into full-time ministry. Her experience in medical practice, combined with receiving Christ at the early age of 9, has fueled her passion for the critical spiritual growth of Children and Youth. She currently oversees the Children and Youth Ministries for RCCG The Americas I. Pastor Manita is also the President of Women in Ministry (W.I.M.) in Americas 1 and founder of The Pastors’ Wives’ Forum (P.W.F) which is a ministry of W.I.M. As a Pastors wife for over 30 years, Pastor Manita created PWF in 2009 for Pastors wives to share their burdens and challenges with one another while being in ministry with their husbands. The PWF vision is to Support, Encourage and Empower (S.E.E.) every Pastor’s wife so that they can fulfill their calling in God’s kingdom. Naturally creative, and a passionate sewist for over 45 years, Pastor Manita founded the “Threads of Life” initiative in the Spring of 2020. This allows her to use her professional sewing skills to teach others and support Women and Children shelters with the proceeds of her sewn items. She loves to organize and is a believer in excellence. She is a simple and practical teacher of the word, who ministers to children, youth, singles, married couples, women, and Pastors’ wives. She also speaks at a wide range of leadership programs and conferences in the US and Nigeria as the need arises. Pastor Manita has also authored two books. The first is an illustrated book titled, Fifty and Fabulous, and her second book is titled Diet and Lifestyle for Kingdom Living, written as a result of her personal journey and passion for Health and wellness. She has been happily married to Pastor James Fadel, her college sweetheart, for 35 years and together they pastor RCCG New Life Church in Dallas, Texas. They are blessed with three beautiful, blessed, and smart daughters.

Dr. Ijeoma Nwankpa, PT, DPT
Dr. Ijeoma Nwankpa, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic health specialist, educator, and founder of the Center of Pelvic Excellence Physical Therapy & Wellness. She is passionate about helping women understand and care for their bodies with knowledge, dignity, and confidence. With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Nwankpa specializes in pelvic health concerns affecting women across all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and core health. Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassionate, patient-centered care, empowering women to advocate for themselves and seek healing without shame or fear. Dr. Nwankpa is also an adjunct professor and frequently speaks at community and faith-based events, where she is committed to breaking silence around women’s health topics while honoring biblical values of stewardship, wholeness, and strength. Through education and outreach, she believes women can become stronger from within—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Pastor (Dr.) Ibifubara Omewah (Dr. Ibi)
Pastor (Dr.) Ibifubara Omewah (Dr. Ibi) is an ordained RCCG Pastor (since 2003) and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over two decades of ministry and counseling experience. She is a committed preacher, teacher, mentor, and counselor. In 2009, she founded the annual Mothers and Daughters’ Luncheon, an initiative that, in 2022, expanded into a weekend program to promote healthier and stronger intergenerational relationships among women. Dr. Ibi holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology, a Master’s degree in Professional/Community Counseling, and a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors and is a member of the National Certified Counselors (NCC), the American Counseling Association (ACA), and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). She has professional experience in education, environmental science, and counseling in both Nigeria and the United States. In 2014, Dr. Ibi established Odein Counselling and Rehab LLC, offering both clinical and faith-based counseling. Her holistic, Cognitive Behavioral approach addresses issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, addiction, and family life, with services provided in person and virtually. Dr. Ibi offers a compassionate, worldwide outlook on women’s mental health, encouraging women from diverse cultures to heal, flourish, and live fully in mind, body, and spirit. Dr. Ibi and her husband, Pastor John Omewah, have served as Senior Pastors of multiple RCCG parishes in Nigeria and the United States. Since 2005, they have been the Senior Pastors of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Heaven’s Glorious Embassy, in Plano, Texas. They are blessed with six children – three daughters and three sons – and are proud parents of a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law, as well as grandparents to two grandsons.
